The opening of Obbio in 2013 marked a new phase in the evolution of shops selling organic products: in the 800m2 space you'll find practically any organic product that you can think of that's from a local source whenever possible. From their 39 types of flour to prawn croquettes, and including healthy options for snacks such as onion or kale chips, the selection is indeed quite the wide one. They've also got a café/restaurant space where everything they serve is from their own shop, and lunchtime sees the only organic self-service buffet in town. There's no set lunch menu – you pay for your food by weight, approximately €8 per 300 grams.
