Mansaf. Restaurant Omeia.
L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample

For the best couscous in Barcelona, head to Omeia. Of course that's not your only option – the menu also offers dishes like Jordanian mansaf, a traditional recipe of lamb cooked slowly with Eastern spices, served with rice and minced beef, and bathed in a delicious and soft homemade yoghurt sauce. The mansaf is delectably different and warrants a visit to the restaurant in itself. As a starter, share a plate of hummus, some aubergine with yoghurt and braised red peppers with walnuts – a real delight.
