The Italians have some great sandwiches: such as the piadina, which is a kind of cross between a sandwich and crepe. One variety that we heartily recommend is a speciality of the Piadina: the porchetta, which is stuffed with fontina soft cheese and roast suckling pig. They have 29 varieties available, although the most popular is stracchino cheese and arugula.
