The Roca brothers have reinvented their Barcelonan, Michelin-starred brand. The restaurant Moo has become Roca Moo: with the installation of the kitchen in the main room, chef Felip Llufriu continues his no-frills gourmet cooking style (check out the pullet cannelloni with milk skin). They also have a very original option at the bar: salted rolls, or rocadillos, like tapas available all day.
