In the Tafi, a more relaxed version of the restaurant Vinya Rosa, they combine excellent cuts of Argentine meat and great grilling expertise. Also popular are the 'vacío' sandwiches, which can fill any hole in the stomach, no matter how hungry you might have felt beforehand. This is a long, thick cut of beef, pure lean meat, roasted and served with tomato and mayonnaise, though these are optional. The result is quite superior  to your average hot sandwich. Needless to say, you’ll also find escalopa milanesa and choripan.
