Spain's monks and nuns have a naughty sideline in sweets including 'pets de monja' (little chocolate biscuits known as 'nuns' farts') candied saints' bones, and drinkable goodies such as eucalyptus and orange liqueur, all beautifully packaged. If you'd like to sample before committing to a whole box of Santa Teresa's sugared egg yolks, there's a café downstairs on the site of the medieval Jewish thermal baths.
