Another Born favourite, Casa Gispert radiates a warmth that has something to do with more than just its original wood-fired nut and coffee roaster. Like a stage-set version of an olde school shoppe, its wooden cabinets and shelves groan with the finest and most fragrant nuts, herbs, spices, preserves, sauces, oils and seasonings. The pre-packed kits for making local specialities such as panellets (Halloween bonbons) make great gifts.
