José Juan Guzmán has styled everyone from Ferran Adrià to Ricky Martin, and regularly works on fashion shoots for the likes of Marie Claire. He's behind Bot, an ultra-hip hair salon, where the red-painted walls are hung with enormous black-and-white photos of giggling young models. A simple cut will set you back a hefty €29, but the friendly atmosphere means you'll never be pressured to try a style you don't want. Beauty treatments are also available.

Juan cut my hair and could not have paid less attention while he was doing it. It has the possibility of having been a good cut, but it seems to have random chunks and is uneven. Would not recommend.
