Time Out says

This fair dedicated to organic products and responsible consumption is the biggest in Spain and one of the most important in southern Europe, and it's back with its annual event. More than 700 exhibitors are expected, along with an estimated 160,000-plus organic food products, the main section of the fair. But BioCultura is not only about good food – you'll also find hygiene and cosmetic products that use certified organic ingredients, organic textiles, eco-materials, home furnishings and decorations, renewable energy ideas, complementary therapies and medicines, toys, crafts, music, books, magazines, and information on saving and recycling, ecology, the environment, rural tourism and nursing homes, and the list goes on.
