Time Out says

Ginette, in Gemmayzeh, can put even some of the trendiest coffee shops to shame. It is the gluten free, grilled not fried, quinoa, organic, rustic sourdough bread coffee shop/cafe that you really should try. Style, class and modernity are synonymous with Ginette, and you’ll struggle to find a pair of dirty old trainers and a torn t-shirt among the regular customers. Its clean lines, bright natural light and artsy photos on the wall make Ginette a recommended place to spend an afternoon working. Expect to see plenty of MacBook Pro and Moleskin notebook-carrying neighbours sipping lattes as you do so.

Ginette offers an assortment of choices, including; open face sandwiches, quinoa based dishes, salads, platters and specials. If you haven’t guessed by now the emphasis here is on healthy and diet-specific foodstuffs. There is a focus on using fresh and healthy ingredients, so expect plenty of organic foods. When you’re nourished and watered wonder to the back where a small boutique shop has modern designs a-plenty. With everything from jewellery to notebooks they have something for the contemporary arty type.
