Nestled in a cul-de-sac near the Volksbühne, this low-lit bar has wraparound windows, a slick black interior, a spacious U-shaped bar and inexpensive wine and beer. Try the Kölsch brew from Cologne or small servings of wine that go for €2.50. It's popular with the over-30 art crowd and a great place to both theorise and throw back a few drinks in a sleek but unpretentious atmosphere. It also sells Walkers crisps.
