Sage Club review

A labyrinthine complex of half a dozen or so dancefloors accessed via the north-side entrance to Heinrich-Heine-Strasse U-Bahn station make up Sage Club, which caters to a relatively young, rock-oriented crowd. In addition to Berlin labels occasionally holding release parties here, each night of the week tends to be themed, with Thursday's rock night drawing the biggest crowd. During the week it's a chilled-out, unpretentious place where skinny jeans and leather jackets tend to be the uniform of choice. At weekends you'll have better luck with some fetish gear, as Sage is the current home of the notorious KitKat Club (www.kitkatclub.de).
