The roster of in-house DJs at 2BE tends to focus mainly on hip hop, with the odd reggae and dancehall tune thrown in for good measure, and there's also usually a live act or two playing each month. Big name DJs from the genre such as Grandmaster Flash and LTJ Bukem have been known to put in an appearance. It's a spacious location with an outside seating area and several bars. The crowd tends to be young and enthusiastic if not verging ever so slightly on chav.
