It's flashy, it's trashy, it's Vegas-meets-Versailles. The Ritz-Carlton is so chock-a-block with black marble, gold taps and taffeta curtains that the rooms seem somewhat stuffy, small and cramped. It's supposedly art deco style but feels more like some upscale shopping mall. Still, the oyster and lobster restaurant is deliciously decadent, and the service is fantastic.
