Atlantic's sunny pavement café thrives in the summer, and a beer as late as 8pm will still have you sitting in a ray of light, if you're lucky enough to get a table. Breakfast, including 11 different ways to have your eggs scrambled, is served until 5pm. There are also daily lunch specials, and dinner is a cheap but decent affair. The staff change every two days, as does the music.
