Berklee Performance Center review

The line-up at Berklee School of Music's concert hall features an impressive roster of big-name artists, as well as student and faculty performances. All kinds of music are showcased here from hip-hop and rock to jazz and folk. The venue is modern, low-key and offers good views of the stage. It is, however, somewhat bland in design, the notable exception being the cool retro circular molded plastic seating (think Austin Powers psychedelic '60s pop) that forms a centrepiece in the second-floor lobby area.
