The efforts of a savvy booking team have transformed this once dull neighbourhood sports bar into one of Boston's most important - though still intimate - indie rock venues. Along with national and international touring bands, it features the best and brightest (or sometimes simply the trendiest) local bands on the scene. It's well worth hopping the T out to Allston - or Rock City, as the local musos would have it.
