Turning of the USS Constitution

Still a commissioned naval vessel, "Old Ironsides" makes her stately annual sail around Boston Harbor to turn and re-dock in the opposite direction at the Charlestown Naval Yard. This is done not for the tourists, but to ensure that the ship weathers evenly.
