Alfresco drinking is what it's all about at Carnal, particularly during the warm nights of summer, when swarms of frisky locals invade the roof terrace and downstairs bar. There's a healthy dash of posing going on, but it's a friendly vibe and the place is bustling with good-looking, flirtatious young porteños. You should either book ahead or get there for an unusually early 10.30pm.
