Another winner from the team behind Gibraltar, Bangalore is BA's first pub and curry house, and it performs both functions with aplomb. Downstairs, there's comfy seating and jugs of gin and tonic, while the upstairs dining area is an intimate hideaway in which to sample the sub-continental cuisine. Get there unfashionably early if you want to snag a seat.
