For years Friday-night crowds have hoofed it to this superclub for nights of thumping debauchery and the pattern continues on, with MSTRPLN (pronounced 'masterplan'), where international and local bands play in between sets by resident DJ Javier Zuker. It's a perfect backdrop for a rollicking bunch of global party people of the over-25 variety to get their groove on to a mix of indie and electronic tunes. A network of balconies, walkways and tiered VIP areas are cantilevered over Crobar's sometimes suffocating main dancefloor, which can get crowded on popular nights. Dress is flirty and sporty; and come with money to spare to cover the hefty entrance fee and pricey sauce. Saturday nights go off to Latin sounds. On other nights of the week, Crobar occassionally hosts international acts like Cut Copy and D12.
