The paint has barely dried on this place but already Own is looking like one of the city's hottest new boutique hotels. The spacious rooms are decorated in a timeless, contemporary style, are kitted out with 500-thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, and range in size from a generous 377sq ft (35sq m) to a rather impressive 592sq ft (55sq m). In an attempt to take the hotel's lounge area a step beyond the ordinary hotel bar, Own called in the services of Texan Parker Stanberry, who has created a stylish and welcoming New York-style cocktail lounge. Stay tuned for the summer opening of the rooftop jacuzzi and parrilla area.
