Creativity abounds in every dish here, from the maize chips and garlic cream spread to the complimentary starter flight of radish and cream foam, rabbit paté with a candied apple sliver, and melon dipped in smoked prosciutto flakes. Creativity takes wing with the endive-wrapped blue cheese custard, and soars with the seared scallops and arugula salad. Main dishes like baked salmon and beef filets over fennel pureé stimulate the taste buds, as do the apple raviolis with merlot sauce on the dessert menu.
