Despite rave reviews from food critics from around the world (and from director Francis Ford Coppola), this restaurant remains something of a hidden secret on the BA gastronomic scene. Why? Possibly because chef and owner Fernando Rivarola has ignored the obvious choice of beef and instead filled his menu with creative dishes prepared from Argentina's most exotic fauna: yacare (caiman) comes spiked on a kebab stick; llama in slivers of carpaccio; and Patagonian lamb is wrapped up tight in pastry.

What a surprise it was to find this little gem in the city. Unbelievable service, incredible cuisine...the flavours! the creativity, the advice, everything 5 starts, first class. One of the best restaurants I have ever been, ran by amazing people.
We stumbled across this restaurant when we had to wait 40 minutes up the road at another restaurant. If you like something more exotic and different this is a must. With limit Spanish the wait staff went the extra mile to explain the dishes in english. Value for money this place. Highly recommend it, the food was of great quality, flavours superb and presentation outstanding.
