So many Brazilian restaurants outside of Brazil get it wrong, either serving up triple-fried heart attacks on a plate or charging you the equivalent of an airfare to Rio for a caipirinha. But Boteco do Brasil has got it spot on. The Brazilian owners pull diners in with a good-value menu of authentic, home-cooked Brazilian classics (the feijoada and the coconut-y bobó de camarão are excellent). It goes without saying that the caipirinhas and caipiroskas are the real deal, but if you want to try something a little different, order the frutilicious Caipifruta (think alcoholic tutti-frutti smoothie). Book ahead, as the secret's out on this little down-to-earth gem.
