For BA's most striking dining experience, pass through a pair of 16-foot brass doors and enter the surreal land of Casa Cruz. There's a sleek oval bar, an oversized Chesterfield sofa and a spot-lit, redwood-panelled dining area. The menu offers 'modern urban Argentinian' cuisine, but for those not hungry or arriving late, the bar is a lively nexus of local celebrities and upscale tourists.

Main courses range from AR$80-140, not 35-55 as mentioned above. But that is compensated by high quality cuisine, service and atmosphere that you don't find at many places in Buenos Aires.
