Almanza specialises in dishes from the End of the World, aka Tierra del Fuego, Argentina's southernmost province. Fish and shellfish are brought daily from Ushuaia (the capital of Tierra del Fuego) and turned into simple but stylish dishes by chef Martín Baquero. King crab served with garlicky aïoli and the mussel spaghetti are stand-out choices.
