This San Telmo favourite is a refined version of the traditional parrilla, serving up excellent cuts of meat alongside spicy chorizo, grilled provoleta cheese, various salads, and crispy vegetable fritters. Regulars swear that their offal selection is among the best in the town, particularly their crispy kid chinchulines (chitterling). But also a good place to try the excellent molleja (sweetbread). A good range of malbecs will bring a blush to your cheeks in the pleasantly snug dining room.

This is our favourite 'Parrilla' in B.A. The rib eye steak with fries was absolutely perfect. This is a must go to restaurant in historic San Telmo. Sincerely, Richard Maloney (www.rundlesrestaurant.com)
