The weirdest-looking birds, with the longest eyelashes you've ever seen, live at this family-owned ostrich-breeding farm. Each of the 40 pairs have their own private outdoor suite to keep the romance alive (and also to keep a steady supply of eggs coming) and, for a few rands, you can get the inside scoop on the ostrich life cycle. The guided tour takes you through the incubators and breeding rooms, and features interesting titbits on the history of the once-lucrative ostrich-feather trade. There's a coffee shop and a shop selling ostrich leather paraphernalia.
