Award-winning chef Laurent Deslandes has brought his philosophy of Gallic dining to Cape Town. The menu changes every six weeks and offers daily specials depending on availability. The rabbit cassoulet and venison are well worth looking out for and the more adventurous will enjoy the braised pig's trotter with seared scallop and truffle oil.
