The South African extension of celebrated UK chef Gordon Ramsay's award-winning London restaurant of the same name, it's all about understated contemporary style and a menu of tasting-size dishes with a distinctly South African flair, overseen by Michelin award-winning chef Jason Atherton. Diners can expect a plethora of exquisitely presented dishes featuring locally sourced seafood, game and organic fresh produce. Maze is also home to the largest wine collection in South Africa.
