For some of us, Notting Hill Carnival is enough of a knees-up for one weekend. But for others, by the 8.30 pm parade finish the party is just getting started. After all, Carnival is the perfect event for those with a penchant for a dance: the vibrant outfits, incredible music and strong Caribbean liquor couldn’t make a better combination for helping eek out the celebrations for as long as possible.
