Build up your architecture savvy at Lise Anne Couture’s “People Who Shape Our World” lecture at the Museum of Contemporary Art on Tuesday 13. Couture’s NYC firm, Asymptote—cofounded with her husband, Hani Rashid—is known for its innovative use of technology and for high-profile clients such as the Guggenheim Museum. In 2011, Asymptote will complete the 40-story Strata Tower (pictured), a luxury apartment building in Abu Dhabi.
