    Answer: d. Parthenon owner Chris Liakouras is the man behind that boast. back in 1975, Liakouras was demonstrating his flaming saganaki technique for a newspaper photographer WHEN the fiery ouzo leapt up and set his ’fro on fire. The photog snapped the pic (ABOVE) before Liakouras even realized his head was ablaze.
