The first known case of death caused by deliberate product tampering occurred in Chicago in 1982. What was the product?

Answer: d. Seven people in the Chicago area died from taking Tylenol laced with cyanide. While the killer was never caught, the company rebounded by introducing Tylenol Gelcaps, the first tamper-proof capsule, in 1988. Nice save, Tylenol.
