Mamma Mia!
Who strikes you as the least-likely star of a musical: Colin Firth, Pierce Brosnan or Meryl Streep? (Trick question: Streep demonstrated her singing chops in A Prairie Home Companion and Brosnan sang a tiny bit in 2002’s Evelyn). Well, they’ll all be belting out ABBA tunes in this adaptation of the stage musical.
