Anderson’s self-published children’s book, Alena & the Favorite Thing (Eba Creative, $23.95), is inspiration for families who are sick and tired of spending cold, slushy days shuffling around the house. You can download a PDF of the book, named for Anderson’s own daughter, for free at alenabooks.com, but you’ll want to order a hard copy for yourself after just one read.
