Japonais (600 W Chicago Ave, 312-822-9600) Slicksters lounge on rattan love seats under gauzy white fabric at this hot spot’s riverside patio, where beautiful people sip tropical fruit cocktails and nibble stellar sushi. To choose from the full menu, head to the upstairs patio. —Heather Shouse
BOKA (1729 N Halsted St, 312-337-6070) Wooden fences lined with white lights, a towering oak tree and candle-topped patio tables make for a romantic setting. But chef Giuseppe Tentori’s contemporary eats and pastry chef Elizabeth Dahl’s sweets are too good to share with your schnookums, no matter how swooney you feel. —Heather Shouse
