    Students work a 35-acre farm to harvest produce that is sold at this all-day market.

    TUESDAY

    In the shadow of what’s left of Cabrini Green, the nonprofit Resource Center grows produce (much of which ends up at restaurants like Lula Café) above ground in raised dirt beds.
