Girl Scout cookies are perfect the way they are, but we'll never say no to desserts that take the winning flavor combinations and turn them into other treats. At Sepia, pastry chef Cindy Schuman has a whole lineup of cookie-inspired desserts, including chocolate cake with oolong tea ice cream, peppermint and chocolate sauce (Thin Mint); peanut butter with chocolate, oatmeal pavé, oatmeal ice cream and rum anglaise (Tagalong); almond whiskey tapioca with buttercream-filled shortbread (Trefoils); and toffee coconut cake with chocolate and burnt caramel (Samoas).

Sepia isn't the only spot embracing the Girl Scout theme—Lula Cafe's cookie plate includes a version of a Samoa. At Good Stuff Eatery, the new burger restaurant from Top Chef's Spike Mendelsohn, there's a Samoa-inspired shake available for March: a vanilla custard and toasted-coconut shake with hot fudge and caramel swirled in the cup, topped with whipped cream and a Samoa. And starting tomorrow at Publican Quality Meats, Publican pastry chef Anna Posey will have a Girl Scout version of her Pub Pops, with dark chocolate ice cream and a double-chocolate minty cookie crumble.
