Glazed & Infused is making a beer doughnut for Chicago Craft Beer Week

Chicago Craft Beer Week kicks off tomorrow, and everyone is getting in on the beer celebration. That includes Glazed & Infused, which is serving the IPDoughnut (India Pale Doughnut) for the run of the event.

Head baker Chris White devised the treat, which is a yeast doughnut slicked with Maris Otter malted barley glaze and Cascade hops powder. From May 14–24, get the IPDoughnut at Glazed & Infused locations in the West Loop (813 W Fulton Market), River North (30 E Hubbard St), Wicker Park (1576 N Milwaukee Ave), Lincoln Park (939 W Armitage Ave), Streeterville (201 E Delaware Place), and the Loop (222 N LaSalle).
