Intro, the rotating chef concept that took over L2O earlier this year, is finishing up its opening run with CJ Jacobson, the LA chef who has been absolutely killing it with his menu of California inspired and partially foraged food. Jacobson's run ends at the end of April, and today the next chef was announced. It's Erik Anderson, whose first dinner will be on May 14.

Anderson is a Chicago native, but he's last of Nashville, where he was at Catbird Seat (a spot that earned praise on our weekend getaway itinerary to Nashville). His focus is on updating French culinary techniques, and he was named a Best New Chef by Food & Wine in 2012. After Intro, he'll be opening Brut, a French restaurant in Minneapolis this fall.
