Description
As one of the first fests of the season, this one gets you in the summer spirit with live music, beer and food. Saturday 17 is Kids Day America/International, a health, safety and environmental awareness day hosted by Dr. Sarah Weber. From 10am until 2pm, parents can pick up health and safetey tips, kids can get free ID cards and everyone can meet members of the Chicago Police Department's Canine and Mounted Unit, and take in demos by Thousand Waves Martial Arts & Self-Defense Center. Pooches are invited on Sunday 18 for the Chicago Pet Expo & Dog Show and pet parade.
