This neighborhood celebrates summer with a lineup of world music curated by HotHouse's David Chavez. About 50 vendors join 11 bands: The Occidental Brothers Dance, Chicago Afrobeat Project and the Cuban dance innovator Hector Silveira y su Orquesta are among them.
