  Retro on Roscoe was horrible. Lame drink selection. Carnival food. Terrible vendors. This is one of the worst fests in Chicago

  Looks like your map is way off, Roscoe Village is in between Belmont and Irving on Roscoe Street. East and West boundaries are Western and Damen.
