Description
This two-day ride starts at Millennium Park and finishes at Warren Dunes, Sawyer, Michigan. Your fee includes a route map, pool party and beach barbecue, but you're on your own for overnight accommodations. Proceeds benefit the Maywood Fine Arts, a nonprofit that provides arts programming to the wee ones, and the Park Lawn Association, another nonprofit that's dedicated to helping the developmentally disabled. The 90-mile route sticks to bike paths and secondary roads, and stays close to the shimmering lake, passing through the Indiana Dunes.
