Welte comes to Time Out Chicago fresh from the newsroom of Billiards Digest magazine, where she spent four years covering the careers of players like the Black Widow and the Striking Viking. She's also worked for three Chicago museums, has contributed to Cuerpo magazine and had her photos published in the Cue Times Billiard News, among others.
