TIME OUT CHICAGO (TOC) CAMPUS AMBASSADOR PROGRAM
JobDescription:
Time Out Chicago magazine is seeking highly motivated college students (undergraduates) who are familiar with the Chicagoland area, and their campuses, to intern with the magazine. TOC Campus Ambassadors will work with a team of students on their campus to execute events, promotions and various marketing programs.
TOC Campus Ambassadors will be afforded the opportunity to work alongside the Time Out Chicago staff and learn first-hand about media and the publishing industry. In addition, TOC Campus Ambassadors will have the opportunity to gain valuable internship experience.
TOC Campus Ambassador Role & Responsibilities:
1.) Develop marketing plans for Time Out Chicago magazine and the Time Out Chicago Student Guide for promotion and execution on campus.
2.) Report to TOC Campus Ambassador program manager on program assignments and team activity on weekly basis.
3.) Work with team members to participate in sampling program initiatives, TOC student events and focus groups.
Time:
Fall Semester 2007 through Spring Semester 2008 – please anticipate 10-15 hours per week working with TOC Campus Ambassador program manager and your team on campus.
Students can receive academic credit as organized via their university advisors and curriculum requirements. Please be advised that Time Out Chicago cannot guarantee receipt of academic credit from universities.
