Time Out says

Longman & Eagle celebrates Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout with a dinner paired with different iterations of the brew. Lobster flan is paired with Backyard Rye BCS, braised pork cheek with Bourbon County Barleywine and sous vide beef short rib with Bourbon County Coffee Stout, among other pairings. Email sarah@longmanandeagle.com for reservations. Seatings are at 6:30 and 9pm.
