Kevin Boehm and Rob Katz—the restaurateurs who mastered the chef-driven scene magnet with Girl & the Goat—set their sights on three things for their next project: seafood, River North and [node:244115 link=chef Giuseppe Tentori;], a recipient of a Michelin star for his sophisticated cooking at Boehm and Katz’s [node:148467 link=Boka;] in Lincoln Park. At GT, Tentori will put his spin on seafood both classic (lobster roll, clam chowder) and contemporary (brandade croquettes with orange-fennel salad, chorizo-stuffed squid with saffron risotto) in a boating-inspired space designed by 555 International’s Karen Herold, who had her mind on quite a few things as well, including a bar table built to resemble a surfboard and a chandelier made of rope. 531 N Wells St, 312-929-3501.
